At this year’s NAIOP Deal of the Year Awards Gala in Tulsa, they were recognized for their work on a major industrial lease of +/- 111,383 SF. We’re proud to celebrate this achievement and their continued contributions to the region’s industrial growth.
"This is one that took everyone! Starting with the Tulsa Chamber to cultivate the relationship with the Tenant and encourage them to expand in Tulsa. Thanks to Collier and his partners for bringing them to a different listing of ours, only to meet for lunch and decide that the best fit for the Tenant was a building that wasn't listed at all. We discussed with the owners of the subject building and found that it was a perfect fit. Credit to the ownership group as they worked hard to figure out how to give up 100k sqft and help the investment become more profitable. Now we're taking the investment to market and trying to sell the entire 400k+ sqft. Well done to our team at MCP, including Kalvin L. Burghoff, Warren Stewart, Lee Wallis, CCIM, CPM, Ariel DuBose, Noah Lindskov; and from the Chamber: Stacy Smith and all involved." -Neil Dailey, SIOR
TULSA, OK — In a major win for the Tulsa industrial market, Crusoe Energy Systems has leased 111,383 square feet at 5404 S 122nd E Ave. The Denver-based technology-driven energy company plans to invest $10 million into transforming the facility into a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation, expected to bring more than 100 new jobs to the region.
Crusoe Energy Systems was represented in the transaction by Collier Imgrund, CCIM of Newmark Robinson Park, while the landlord was represented by Neil Dailey, SIOR, Warren Stewart, and Kalvin Burghoff of McGraw Commercial Properties (MCP).
“This is a significant step forward for Tulsa’s industrial base,” said Neil Dailey, SIOR. “Crusoe’s commitment to our market is a testament to the city’s strategic location, strong workforce, and growing reputation as a hub for clean and advanced energy technology.”
The facility will serve as a key manufacturing and logistics hub for Crusoe’s growing operations, which focus on reducing natural gas flaring through digital infrastructure and modular data centers powered by otherwise wasted energy.
“Crusoe’s presence will bring innovative technology and quality jobs to Tulsa,” said Kalvin Burghoff of MCP. “We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this opportunity to the region.”
The lease marks a positive indicator for Tulsa’s industrial real estate market, which continues to attract investment from forward-looking companies seeking central U.S. access and scalable facilities.
